Clara started Artisan Crumbs in 2017 out of a 200-square-foot home kitchen and a single stand mixer. After a decade of professional pastry training in San Francisco and Lyon, she returned to Brookside determined to bring honest, seasonal, handcrafted baking to her community. Today, Artisan Crumbs operates out of a full commercial kitchen and has served over 1,200 custom orders — from intimate birthday cakes to 500-guest wedding dessert tables.
